- Starting price: $3,267.51 (12 000 dirham AED).
- Amount of the bid security: 15% of the starting price ($490.13), to be paid by October 1, 2026, after inspecting the vehicle and before submitting a bid. In the event of withdrawal from participation, the security deposit shall be refunded to the participant within 15 working days.
- Deadline and location for submitting applications: Applications will be accepted after payment of the bid security through October 1, 2026, during business hours.

- Bidding procedure: The participant who offers the highest price for the vehicle will be declared the winner. The bid increment is 5%. The first increment is calculated based on the starting price of the item in U.S. dollars, and each following increment is calculated based on the price offered by the previous participant (the current price).

- Additional information:
- a) The vehicle is sold in its current condition (“as is”). Before paying the bid security and submitting an application, participants must inspect the vehicle’s technical condition. Inspecting the vehicle, paying the deposit, and submitting an application constitutes the participant’s full acceptance of the terms of sale. The buyer is not entitled to demand repairs or improvements to the vehicle, nor is the buyer entitled to exemption from taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with the transfer of ownership.
- b) Bids must not be lower than the above-mentioned starting price in U.S. dollars. The bidder who offers the highest price (the winning bidder) is entitled to purchase the vehicle. The winning bidder is required to pay the remaining balance of the vehicle’s cost in full no later than 10 business days from the date the auction results are announced and the contract is signed.
If VAT, customs duties, or other taxes, tariffs, or mandatory fees are required, including the costs of re-registering and registering a passenger car with diplomatic license plates, such payments shall be made by the Buyer.
- c) If the winning bidder fails to fulfill the terms of the contract within the specified time frame, the bidder is considered to have declined the right to purchase the vehicle, and any payments made, including the bid bond, will not be refunded.
- d) Bank fees paid by bidders when transferring the bid security are non-refundable.
- e) Bid rigging and any other forms of improper interference are strictly prohibited.
