Abu Dhabi, July 14, 2025 – Kazakh Ambassador to the UAE Rauan Zhumabek met with Chairman of the UAE Supreme Court Muhammad Hamad Al-Badi.
The Kazakh diplomat noted that important reforms are being carried out in the country aimed at modernizing the judicial system, additions and amendments have been made to the current legislation and noted that these works are aimed at expanding the institutional capabilities of citizens and businesses to protect their rights and legitimate interests.
In turn, Muhammad al-Badie expressed interest in developing cooperation between the two countries in the field of the judicial system and wished the successful implementation of ongoing reforms in this important area.
The sides also exchanged views on judicial protection of citizens' rights, ensuring the rule of law and increasing confidence in the courts.
At the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented Muhammad Hamad al-Badi with an invitation letter from Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.Azimova to the forum "Peace and Future through Law" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will be held on September 12 this year.
The UAE Supreme Court was founded on December 2, 1971. It consists of a Chairman appointed by the President of the country and 32 judges. This structure, as the Highest Court in the country, hears cases received from lower courts, as well as cases of particular importance to the federal authorities. The decisions of the Supreme Court are considered final for all courts and authorities in the UAE.
Abu Dhabi, July 10, 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the UAE, Rauan Zhumabek, presented his Credentials Letters to UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During the conversation after the ceremony, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed noted special respect for Kazakhstan and Head of State K. Tokayev and expressed interest in bringing cooperation to a new level.
In turn, the Kazakh diplomat thanked him for the warm welcome and noted that cooperation in the political, trade, economic and investment spheres between the two countries is actively developing.
In addition, he spoke about the official visit of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Khaled bin Mohammed Al Nahyan to Astana in May this year and the high-quality implementation of the agreements reached within its framework and about the importance of giving a new impetus to the relations between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, the UAE President congratulated the Ambassador on the official start of his particularly responsible diplomatic mission and wished him success in his activities to further strengthen friendly ties between Kazakhstan and the Emirates.
Abu Dhabi, June 19, 2025 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates Mr. Rauan Zhumabek held a meeting with the UAE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Omar Al Shamsi, during which he presented copies of his credentials.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects of Kazakh-Emirati cooperation, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening bilateral engagement across all areas.
In this context, both sides underlined the relevance of timely implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Kazakhstan on May 12 this year.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Omar Al Shamsi warmly congratulated the Kazakh Ambassador on the beginning of his diplomatic mission in the UAE and wished him success in achieving his goals and in further strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.

The meeting focused on fostering cooperation in culture, arts, and the film industry.
The Kazakh diplomat emphasized that Kazakhstan is currently placing significant importance on developing its cinematography sector. He highlighted the potential of using Kazakhstan's diverse landscapes as filming locations for international productions. Abu Dhabi, November 28, 2024 – The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates, Najmedin Mukhametaliuly, took part in a solemn event organized by the National Airline Air Astana on the occasion of the opening of flights to the Astana – Abu Dhabi and Almaty – Abu Dhabi destinations.
