VI Digital Forum Digital Almaty 2024 has started

On 1 February, the VI Digital Forum Digital Almaty 2024: "Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future" started its work in Almaty.

This year's forum will take place from 1 to 3 February. This year, Digital Almaty will present a comprehensive business programme covering the topics of digital transformation in industry and innovative solutions in the areas of GovTech, Industry 4.0, ESG, Smart City and others.

At the grand opening of the forum, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, Bagdat Mussin, delivered a welcoming speech.

«Digital Almaty is a unique platform that brings together business representatives, international experts and the IT community. The ideas developed in this forum lead to real solutions. A striking example is the creation of the Silk Road Innovation Hub in Silicon Valley in 2023. Today, the hub has become a magnet for new startup projects and has united our region's efforts to expand the scope of digital solutions. This is a place where startups have the opportunity to demonstrate their ideas and find investors», said Bagdat Musin.

The sixth forum will bring together government officials from the SCO and EAEU countries, leading experts and entrepreneurs to exchange experiences and ideas aimed at creating a new era of digital industry.

This year, VI Digital Almaty will present an extensive business programme covering the topics of digital transformation in industry and innovative solutions in the areas of GovTech, Industry 4.0, ESG, Smart City and others. The panel discussions will feature more than 200 speakers from international experts, industry leaders and leading innovators in IT and business, who will present successful cases of applying new technologies in the real economy and innovation. More than 30,000 people are expected to attend the three-day digital event.

There will also be an exhibition of Kazakhstan's largest subsoil users, technology parks and technology companies, which will share experiences and information on projects in the IT ecosystem.

The programme includes 40 panel sessions with more than 200 speakers representing the international and Kazakh IT community.
