Several focused thematic events are being held as part of the V International Digital Forum “Digital Almaty 2023”.

Thus, the best practices and achievements of technology parks from the CIS countries, South Asia and the Middle East are presented at the Exhibition of Country Technoparks.

Resident companies of the Smart Industry Management Platform (SIMP) are represented at the Industry 4.0 Exhibition Area. They share solutions aimed at promoting the development of digital transformation and the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies in industrial enterprises.

The Innovation center Exhibition Area brings the best practices and developments in Innovative Technologies.

The Exhibition of Venture Fund's united business angels and venture companies focused on the development and financing of innovative enterprises and projects.

The Startup Alley presents an Exhibition of the 100 best projects in FinTech, Smart City, EDtech, GameDev, IoT, 5G, SaaS, Blockchain, Big Data, MedTech, Logistic&Travel and others.

As part of the technological marathon, presentations of the best projects aimed at solving the problems of the industry in automating and improving the business processes of enterprises are held.

This year, the Astana Hub Battle, a competition for the best IT startups, is also taking place at the Digital Almaty site.

Also, within the framework of the Forum, there is a Job Fair, where the 10 largest Kazakhstani employers in the field of IT are represented, including Kazakhtelecom JSC, Mytona, Freedom Holding, Kolesa Group, etc.

In addition, for the first time, the Forum will host the “Digital Ministry Cup” Robotics Championship. More than 100 participants from four countries of the world will take part in the competition in the field of robot development, technology and programming.

The University Fair will present the TOP 10 best Educational Institutions in Kazakhstan with IT specialities.

The exhibition of Programming Schools brought together the country's leading schools for the training of qualified IT specialists.

The Forum program includes 29-panel sessions, which will be presented by more than 150 Speakers representing the International and Kazakhstani IT community. As of February 2, 20,000 visitors have registered for the Forum.

 

Digital Almaty is a traditional dialogue platform for discussing the digital agenda, new strategies for digital transformation, and trends in digital technology. The forum has been held for the fifth time since 2018. The event is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty City, Tech Garden and Astana Hub.
