The government of Sri Lanka has decided to open the borders to foreign tourists

The Government of Sri Lanka has decided to allow tour operators to resume the transportation of tourists on approved carriers (charter) to Sri Lanka from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The resumption of air services will be carried out in stages and as a pilot project, the duration of which will be 1 week, starting from December 26, 2020.

From January 21, 2021, the Government of Sri Lanka decided to open the borders to foreign tourists.
