Monitoring the construction of a sports and recreation complex in the village of Karabalyk

The head of the State Institution "Department of Construction of Architecture and Urban Planning of Akimat of Karabalyk district" Izenov B.M. informed about the progress of construction works. The estimated cost of the object is 677 095 961.92 tenge. The total area is 2,273 m2. The standard construction period is 11 months.
Excavation work has begun for the foundation blocks of buildings (technological solutions, technical and economic indicators, design solutions, etc.).
According to the passport, the sports and recreation complex includes: 2 gyms (large and small), an administrative and economic and wellness block.
Large gym - designed for basketball, volleyball, mini football and handball games.
The FOK will be equipped with appropriate equipment, including mobile basketball and volleyball stands. It is planned to install mobile, folding 3-tier stands for 120 seats in the hall.
The small gym will be equipped with equipment for playing and wrestling.
In the central part of the building, on 3 floors, it is planned to place: the director's office with a reception room, rooms for specialists, trainers, a methodical room, a warm-up room, a buffet, a dressing room, changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, a staff room, medical rooms, a massage room, a salt room, a dry heat room, an infrared cabin. All rooms will be equipped with appropriate furniture and equipment.
