Deputy akim of Kyzylorda region has appointed

Today, the head of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev held a meeting of the asset on personnel appointments.

By agreement with the Presidential Administration, Nurymbet Saktaganov was appointed to the post of deputy akim of the region by the order of the akim of the region.

The head of the region noted that Nurymbet Saktaganov has extensive experience in various fields at the republican level and will successfully cope with the tasks set.

- Currently, the task is to further diversify the region's economy. It is necessary to accelerate the transition of the region's economy from the raw materials to the processing industry, attracting domestic and foreign investments to the region.

The regional budget has obligations of KZT 100 billion to higher budgets, public-private partnership projects and financial development institutions. In this regard, we must work to maximize the source of revenues of the regional budget.

Nurymbet Amanovich will coordinate these topical issues, the regional akim said.

Saktaganov Nurymbet Amanovich was born in 1970. He has graduated the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, East Kazakhstan State University named after Sarsen Amanzholov in the specialties of pedagogy, jurisprudence and economics.

He began his career in 1992 as a teacher at secondary school No. 172 in the Syrdarya district of the Kyzylorda region. Over the years, he held responsible leadership positions in the civil service, including in the customs authorities.

From 2007 till 2012, the head of the department for planning external sources of investment of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adviser to this minister, deputy chairman of the Migration Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, state inspector of the department for state control and organizational and territorial work of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2012 till 2021, he has worked as the deputy, first deputy akim of the East Kazakhstan region, akim of the East Kazakhstan region, Ulan district and the Semey city.

From February 2021 to the present, he served as akim of the Zharmin district of the East Kazakhstan region.
