An expanded meeting on the topic “Urpak tarbiesi – ult bolashagy” was held at the Arts Center. The event was chaired by the regional akim, Nurlybek Nalibayev. It was attended by the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhuldyz Suleimenova; senators and deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nauryzbay Baykadamov, Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Murat Yergeshbayev; heads of law enforcement agencies, territorial departments and directorates; representatives of the intelligentsia, parent committees, school principals, deputy principals for educational work, and industry specialists.
The head of the region focused on the work done in the field of education and the large-scale tasks of educating the younger generation.
"Our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich said: 'Discipline must become a universal human value, and obedience to the law must become a way of life for everyone. To achieve this, it is necessary to instill constructive qualities in the younger generation from an early age and educate them in the spirit of discipline,'" he emphasized the importance of profound and instructive upbringing of children.
In this context, our common task is to establish the principle of "Law and Order" in society, to protect the interests, rights, and freedoms of children. In our rapidly changing age, developing at an incredible speed, we must not break away from spiritual values and the foundations of national upbringing. This is an important issue!
Our top priority is to create favorable conditions and a comfortable environment for the comprehensive, high-quality education and conscious upbringing of our children.
For the education sector of our region in 2022-2025, 1 trillion 159 billion tenge has been allocated. Since 2022, 42 modern educational facilities have been built and commissioned. Within the framework of the national project "Future Schools," 10 new schools have been built and handed over for the benefit of the country. Since 2023, extensions have been built at 9 schools, which has completely solved the problem of three-shift schools",- said Nurlybek Nalibayev. At the meeting, their opinions were shared by Zhuldyz Dosbergenovna, Nauryzbay Seitkaliyevich, Murat Abdulamitovich, the regional prosecutor Rizabek Karimovich, the deputy akim of the region Meyrambek Zinabdinovich, the deputy regional prosecutor Nurbolat Serikovich, a member of the parent committee, improvising poets, and the deputy of the regional maslikhat Mukhtar Mauletovich.
At the meeting, instructions were given to the heads of responsible departments on the issues raised. The head of the region instructed to involve students registered with schools and police departments in clubs and sections, as well as to effectively organize their summer holidays. It is necessary to continue the work of attracting children from various categories of families in need of special attention to creative and sports sections.
It is required to strengthen the prevention of offenses, cyberbullying, and illegal games among adolescents and youth. District police inspectors have been instructed to take strict control over registered adolescents.
It is extremely important to completely prohibit the use and sale of vape products. The need to promptly pay attention to unfavorable situations in schools and prevent disciplinary violations to prevent unlawful actions was noted.
