The outcome document of the 6th Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions - Bangkok Declaration proclaims the commitment of constitutional review bodies to constitutional justice and the pursuit of sustainable societies with a shared vision of a just and equitable world.

Each country will promote the integration of sustainable development into its constitutional framework in a manner that reflects its unique legal traditions, social context and development priorities.

The Bangkok Declaration emphasized the importance of mutual respect and cooperation in adapting constitutional frameworks to contemporary challenges, in addressing global issues such as climate change, resource management and social equity, and in achieving sustainable, inclusive and equitable development.

The member countries reaffirmed their commitment to the supremacy of the constitution, separation of powers, protection of fundamental rights and the need for an independent judiciary as the foundation of justice, peace and stability in Asian countries.
