Openness and access to constitutional justice is a fundamental aspect of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens

The delegation of the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea visited the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, they got acquainted with the experience of the Kazakh constitutional control body, studied the legislation and practice of the analytical work departments, preliminary consideration of appeals, interaction with media resources, organization of constitutional proceedings.

During the meetings with the staff of the Office, the Korean colleagues welcomed the openness and access of the Kazakh constitutional justice and stressed that the right of citizens to appeal to the Constitutional Court is a fundamental aspect of the policy of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.
