It was currently approved the State program on realization of lingual policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the years 2020-2025 by Government decree (dated 31 December 2019 No. 1045).
The region has created the language learning infrastructure. To date, there are 20 language training centers in the region (RK - 91), equipped with modern methodological and technical training tools. Over the past three years,more than 18 thousand people have been taught the state language (2019 - 6709), more than 5 thousand people have been taught English (2019 - 1763), 437 people have been taught native languages (2019 - 192), including 1767 people have studied Kazakh and 114 people have studied English in 70 rural districts.
(In 2020, 6603 people study Kazakh, 1872 people study English, 204 people study native languages), including 1638 people study Kazakh and 120 people study English in 69 rural districts.
Over three years, 6370 civil servants of local executive bodies took part in testing using the "KazTest" system. More than 80% of employees of the Department of economy and budget planning, the Department of finance and health took an active part in the testing. As a result, civil servants have confirmed the B1 (2019 - 38%, plan - 35%).
Language training centers employ 159 people. 220 seminars aimed at improving the skills of language specialists were organized (2019 – 93).
In addition, in accordance with the Memorandum signed by the Department of civil service Affairs and the state Corporation "Government for citizens", every Friday from February 3, free courses are organized on the basis of language training centers within the framework of the "Digital Kazakhstan"program. About 730 citizens were trained in these digital literacy courses.
