A standard memo on the behavior of civil servants on business trips and other trips outside the permanent deployment due to official necessity

  1. A business trip is the sending of a civil servant by order of the management to perform official duties (conducting inspections, seminars, field meetings, etc.), training, advanced training or retraining for a certain period to another locality.
  2. Leaving the permanent location does not exempt from compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics.
  3. Officials who are on a business trip should be a model for citizens and other public servants by their behavior and appearance.
  4. Payment of all travel expenses should be carried out by a business traveler only at the expense of the funds allocated to him (travel, accommodation, meals).

It is not allowed to accept gifts, offers to pay for travel tickets, stay in a hotel, participate in feasts, as well as drink alcoholic beverages.

  1. You should refrain from visiting entertainment establishments.
  2. On the way, the seconded civil servants are obliged to comply with the established rules of travel and use of vehicles, as well as the orders of officials serving them (conductor, driver, driver, pilot, controller, etc.), to be polite to them and to fellow travelers.
  3. In the hotel it is necessary to adhere to the established rules of accommodation, observe the temporary regime, maintain cleanliness and order.
  4. You should visit local attractions only during non-working hours. The costs associated with their visit should be repaid exclusively at their own expense.
