How to receive UAPF services without leaving home

 

The coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has brought many changes to our daily lives. Many global companies have transferred their employees to remote work, people try to stay at home and want to receive all services online.

In this regard, it should be noted that despite the previously introduced restrictive measures in Kazakhstan, the number of services received by the contributors of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund not only did not decrease, but even increased compared to the same period in 2019. The leading role in this was played by the well-established system of providing services in electronic format.

As of August 1, 2020, UAPF provided its contributors with 10.7 million services, which is 106 thousand services more than in 2019 (an increase of 1%). So, thanks to the development of new technologies and the well-functioning of electronic systems, 92.2% of all services or 9.86 million transactions were carried out online. Compared to last year, the popularity of e-services increased by 15.2%. As we can see from the statistics, at the moment most of our contributors receive a whole range of services without leaving their homes.

To access the online services of the UAPF, it is enough to register on the website of the fund www.enpf.kz, or download the UAPF mobile application. Using your computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet, in just a couple of clicks, you can see the current amount on your individual pension saving account, get a statement, use the pension calculator and calculate your future pension. To access them, you need to log in with an electronic digital signature or login (IIN is used as it) and a password. Login and password must be registered, and for this you need to select Internet informing.

Note that at the moment the UAPF provides the following types of electronic services:

1) conclusion of an agreement on pension provision at the expense of voluntary pension contributions (in your own favor);

2) making changes and (or) additions to the details, incl. way of informing;

3) viewing an extract from an individual pension saving account (IPSA);

4) receiving an extract from the IPSA to the email address;

5) obtaining a certificate of the availability of the IPSA;

6) receipt of an application for opening an IPSA / pension agreement in a new edition ("duplicate");

7) submission of an application for the appointment of pension payments due to the establishment of disability groups 1 or 2 permanently;

8) tracking the status of the application for payment and (or) moving, etc. 7

UAPF develops not only a personal account on the website and in the application, but also actively implements various functions in popular instant messengers for the convenience of our contributors. For example, the Fund has a special bot for the popular Telegram messenger. It presents a large number of different functions, including getting an initial consultation. Without leaving home, right from your smartphone, you can get a mini-statement, recover the password from your personal account, get acquainted with the current news and current indicators of the UAPF, as well as find the nearest branch of the Fund. In addition to the UAPF services directly, you can find out the current exchange rate, check for fines for traffic violations and much more.

To receive a statement directly in the bot, you also need to have a signed Internet informing agreement. The method of informing can be changed in your personal account on the UAPF website, using an electronic digital signature to enter. The bot has a function - connecting with the operator. If the initial consultation with the robot did not satisfy your requirements upon request, it automatically switches to the consultant.

As we can see, at the moment, most of the UAPF contributors have switched to electronic services and were personally convinced of their convenience and functionality.
