A seminar on the topic: "Bankruptcy of private individuals"

In the period from September 28 to September 30, 2026, the Educational and Methodological Center, together with the Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a remote seminar on the topic: "Bankruptcy of individuals".

The purpose of the event is to develop practical skills in applying legislation on bankruptcy of individuals, clarify the procedure for conducting out-of-court and judicial bankruptcy procedures, restore solvency, and inform about the legal consequences of declaring a citizen bankrupt.

The seminar was attended by employees of the territorial state revenue authorities.

A lecture was given to the seminar participants via the ZOOM platform, during which the lecturer was:

- Erbol Serzhanovich Yerdenbayev is an expert in the Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants of the seminar asked the lecturers questions, to which comprehensive answers were given.

At the end of the seminar, 133 participants received certificates of successful professional development.
