For 2023, the size of the minimum wage, the minimum wage, the minimum pension and the subsistence minimum are set

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Budget for 2023-2025" dated December 1, 2022 No. 163-VII, from January 1, 2023, it is established:

1) Minimum wage for 2023 - 70,000 tenge;

2) monthly calculation index (MCI) – 3,450 tenge (for calculating benefits and other social benefits, as well as the application of penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

3) the minimum amount of the state basic pension payment is 24,341 tenge;

4) the minimum pension amount is 53,076 tenge;

5) the amount of the subsistence minimum for calculating the amount of basic social benefits – 40,567 tenge.
