Effective January 1, 2026, in accordance with the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the fee for maintaining a license for certain types of activities has been eliminated.
However, the license fee is paid only once—upon receipt of the license.

Procedure for paying the license fee:
calculated at established rates
paid prior to submitting documents
KBC: 105402 “License Fee”
Fee amount (Art. 616 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
Capital, cities of republican significance, regional centers — 100 MCI
Other cities and towns — 70 MCI
Rural settlements — 30 MCI
Required documents (in electronic form):
- Application
- Copy of the document confirming payment of the license fee
- Copy of the lease agreement or agreement for the gratuitous use of the premises
- Information regarding compliance with qualification requirements
Important:
The premises must be located outside the following areas:
- healthcare facilities
- educational institutions
- sports facilities
- gas stations
- retail markets
- cultural and recreational organizations
All documents must be submitted electronically.
