Customs gives good!
Information on the receipt of customs payments and taxes to the republican budget as a part of customs administration for 2022.
One of the main functions of the state revenue bodies is the fiscal function, which is based on ensuring the completeness and timeliness of the receipt of taxes, customs and other obligatory payments to the budget, as well as special anti-dumping and countervailing duties to the republican budget.
To implements this task, as a part of customs administration, the State Revenue Committee MF RK (hereinafter - the SRC MF RK) annually submits a projection plan of receipt of customs payments and taxes to the republican budget (hereinafter – the projection plan) to the territorial divisions of state revenue bodies.
So, for 2022, according to the results of customs administration, the projection plan of the SRD of East - Kazakhstan region amounted to 49,831 million tenge, the actual receipt of customs payments and taxes to the republican budget (hereinafter - the receipt of CP and T) amounted to 55,897 million tenge, overfulfilment is 6,066 million tenge. The execution of the projection plan was 112.2%.
In addition, in 2022, the growth rate of CP and T receipts was provided by 135.6% mainly through the boost of revenues of CP and T from Kazzinc LLP, whose share amounted to 54% of the total amount of CP and T receipts compared to 2021.
Also, boost of revenues of customs of payments and taxes in 2022 is observed for other participants of foreign economic activity: UKTMP JSC, Orika-Kazakhstan JSC , JSC "Ust-Kam. Poultry Plant" , RSE on the right of economic management "Kazakhstan Mint of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, UKCP LLP.

In order to improve customs administration, the SRC MF RK annually establishes a Plan for additional reserves of CP and T as a part of customs administration (hereinafter - the Plan) to territorial divisions of state revenue bodies.
So, for 2022, the SRD of EKR established a Plan for 3,509 million tenge, the actual receipt of additional reserves of the CP and T amounted to 3,509 million tenge. The execution of the Plan was 100%.

The Plan for 2022 has been fulfilled by 100% in all areas.
Thus, in 2022, the SRD of EKR fully ensured the completeness and timeliness of the receipt of CP and T to the republican budget as a part of customs administration, according to the established forecast indicators.
