Land and Property Tax Payment Terms for Individuals

 

In accordance with the amendments to the tax legislation, from January 1, 2020, taxes on land plots and real estate owned by individuals have been combined into a single tax (KBK-104102) on the property of individuals. In this connection, the calculated amount of tax includes liabilities for real estate and land and is paid in a single amount.

Property tax is paid to the budget at the location of the taxable items no later than October 1st of a year following the reporting tax period.

The amount of property tax before its payment due date with the simultaneous possibility of making payment using ready-made details can be found in the “Upcoming Payments” service kgd.gov.kz, in “e-Salyq Azamat” mobile application, as well as in the mobile applications of Kaspi.kz banks and Homebank.
