TRAINING COUNCIL

The training council was held with the participation of Deputy Head of State Revenue Department of Turkestan region Mr. E. Elshibekov, Chairman of the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Turkestan region Mr. K. Ryskulbekov, Chairman of Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Turkestan region Mr. M. Sharipov and Deputy Head of Economic Investigation Department of Turkestan region Mr. A. A. Zhanadilov.

The training council was attended by employees of State Revenue Department of Turkestan region, legal experts of territorial state revenue departments and officials of customs posts.

The agenda of the training council addressed the two following issues:

1. Civil cases related to invalidation of registration or re-registration in judicial bodies and transaction invalidation;

2. Civil cases related to the actions of state revenue bodies and issue of the notification invalidation on elimination of violations by taxpayers based on the results of in-house control
