A meeting with participants of foreign economic activity

On September 10, 2021 the round table was held with the participation of representatives of State Revenue Department of Turkestan region, Arys Transport Prosecutor’s Office, Economic Investigation Department of Turkestan region and Turkestan regional branch of National Chamber of Entepreuners (NCE) “Atameken” service at “Saryagash Station” customs post, zakon.kz reports.

The main topic of the round table was the observance of law rule and the rights of entrepreneurs during customs clearance and the effectiveness of measures to prevent economic smuggling.

Arys Transport Prosecutor Maksat Moshkalov and Head of Customs Administration of State Revenues Department of Turkestan region Yerbol Ussipov made a report at the meeting.

All the questions asked by the participants of foreign economic activity on topical issues related to the topic were discussed in details during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, law enforcement and government agencies to timely explain to participants of foreign economic activity on changes and additions to regulations and legislation on customs duties and payments, in order to prevent issues related to customs clearance and to prevent economic smuggling in customs control areas. It was decided to coordinate the work.
