Information for NAO and service recipients

The Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 11, 2025 No. 689 comes into force on January 1, 2026. The order regulates the issues of confirmation of tax residency and apostillation of official documents originating from the state revenue authorities.

Approved by this order:

  1. Rules and terms of confirmation of residency of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  2. Rules for the provision of public services "Apostillation of official documents originating from the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) their territorial divisions";
  3. New "Tax application for confirmation of tax residence" form;
  4. The "Document confirming residency" form;
  5. Form "Decision on reasoned refusal to provide public services confirmation of residency of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
  6. The form "Decision on reasoned refusal to provide public services for the apostillation of official documents originating from the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) their territorial divisions".
