"The team of the Karaganda region once again won a landslide victory in the team competition of the International Festival of Robotics, Programming and Innovative Technologies RoboLand – 2024.

The team of the national team of Uzbekistan is in second place. The third place was taken by representatives of the Pavlodar region," the organizers said.

From the Karaganda region, 25 teams became winners and prize-winners. There are 11 first places, 7 second places and the same number of third places.

Rural schoolchildren performed well.

For example, in the "Football of controlled robots" category, the students of the K. Satpayev support school (resource center) of the Molodezhnyi village of Osakarovsky district became the best. Young designers and programmers from the Rostov Reference School surpassed all their rivals in the "Robogeometry" category. In 3D prototyping, where it was required to create a given model in an hour, among the participants aged 10-14 there were no equals to the children from the reference school No. 12 of Osakarovka village.

The competitions were held in 15 categories. The age of the participants is from 4 to 18 years old.

It is worth noting that the participation of school teams is prestigious and significant for teachers. RoboLand is included in the list of Olympiads and competitions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All winners and prize-winners received diplomas of laureates, commemorative medals and prizes.

Recall that the RoboLand festival has been held in Karaganda since 2015, and since 2016 it has received international status.
