A new chief of Staff of the Akim of the Karaganda region has been appointed

Yerlan Sagyndykovich Galiyev was appointed head of the Akim's office of the Karaganda region. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Akim of Atyrau region.

Yerlan Galiyev was born in Karaganda in 1982. He started his career in 2004 as a leading specialist of the Department of Justice of the Karaganda region, also worked in this department as a chief specialist, head of the department.

From 2008 to 2011, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the city of Temirtau, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the Abai district of the Karaganda region.

Then he worked as an adviser to the akim of Shakhtinsk, head of the akim's office.

From 2015 to 2018, he headed the Information Technology Department of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region.

From March 2018 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Akim of Atyrau region.

Yerlan Galiyev has three higher educations: in 2003 he graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy; in 2006 - the Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov; in 2012 – the Modern Humanitarian and Technical Institute. He is a lawyer, Master of Law, Bachelor of Economics.
