Digital Family card

Digital Family card

On behalf of the Head of State, since September 1, 2022, the introduction of a Digital Family Card has been launched in a pilot mode.

The card is a daily "electronic notifier" of citizens about their rights to receive one or another type of guaranteed state support, depending on their social status; and another new tool for the proactive format of state services. That is, the state, through the information system, will itself offer a citizen to receive one or another type of state support, without the need to contact the relevant authorities. At the initial stage, work was carried out to determine the level of well-being of families and the measures of state support put in place for them, based on data from information systems of state agencies.

The Card data is updated as the status of the family and its members changes.

When establishing the right to receive state support measures, an SMS notification is sent to the potential recipient to obtain consent for the provision of public services.

After obtaining consent, social benefits, payments or other types of state support are assigned, followed by crediting to the recipient's bank account.

The project will be implemented in stages:

from September 1, 2022, the opportunity to receive services in a new format for 9 types of benefits and social benefits has already been provided;

from 2025, all types of state guarantees will be covered.
