The head of the MNE met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Kazakhstan Daniel Rosenblum

During the meeting, Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov congratulated the diplomat on his appointment and expressed interest in further strengthening and expanding cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States, including the issues of attracting foreign direct investment, as well as the transfer of knowledge and technology.

In turn, Daniel Rosenblum thanked the head of the MNE and noted that the partnership between Kazakhstan and the United States is strong not only due to developed economic and investment relations, but also due to a common opinion on regional and global development issues.

The further goal is to continue strengthening partnerships in various areas of the economy, including diversifying trade routes, increasing exports and improving the investment climate. The US Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan also expressed the hope that in 2023 a trade mission for American businesses would be successfully carried out in order to familiarize them with the possibilities of working in Kazakhstan and opening their representative offices in our country. Organizational and coordination work in this direction is already being carried out by the embassy.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to strengthen further trade and economic cooperation.
