The Minister of National Economy visited the Kazcenter PPP in Astana

During the meeting, Alibek Kuantyrov was informed about the activities of the PPP Center.

“As of November 1 of this year. 1,059 PPP agreements, concessions with a total value of 2,250 billion tenge were concluded: 14 - republican projects worth 1,361 billion tenge; 1,045 - local projects worth 889 billion tenge. It should be noted that more than 86.7% of the concluded contracts in quantitative terms are in the areas of education, healthcare and social services, energy and housing and communal services,” said Samat Sagyndykov, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership JSC.

Also during the meeting, issues of passing the examination of PPP projects and the quality of the documentation provided were considered.
