Alnazarova Akmaral Sharipbaevna was born in 1971 in Kyzylorda.

From 2016 to 2023, he worked at the Astana International Financial Center as an adviser to the Governor, Managing Director of the AIFC.
On July 9, 2024, he was appointed Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ospanov E.D. was born on January 16, 1977 in the village of Stepnoy, Saryagash district, South Kazakhstan region, higher education. In 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in applied mathematics, in 2002-the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
