Akim of Makhambet district of Atyrau region appointed

Akim of Atyrau region Serik Shapkenov presented to the deputies of Makhambet district maslikhat the candidacy of the new akim, agreed with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kairat Nurlybayev became the new candidate for the post of akim of the district, the Press Service of the akim of the region reports.

Work experience:

From 06.1990 to 08.1990 – worker of the construction shop of the breeding karakul plant "Guryev", Mukur village of Kyzylkoga district.

From 08.1995 to 08.1996 – senior referent of the Kobdy district maslikhat.

From 09.1996 to 04.1997 – repairman-technician of central heating boilers of the joint-stock company "Mukur", Mukur village of Kyzylkoga district.

From 02.1999 to 04.2003, he held various positions (specialist, deputy akim of the district, akim of the district, head of the department) in the office of the akim of the Mukyr rural district of the Kyzylkoga district.

From 06.2003 to 12.2008 he worked in various positions in the Office of the Akim of Kurmangazy district.

From 12.2008 to 10.2012 – Head of the Office of the Akim of the Inder district.

From 10.2012 to 05.06.2019 – Deputy Akim of the Inder district.

From 06.2019 to 01.2021 – Head of the Department of Agriculture of Atyrau region.

From 01.2021 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Akim of Atyrau region.
