About issue of a consent to acquisition of the status of a major participant of Insurance Company TransOil JSC
By its decree No. 18 the Management Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) issued its consent to Buzachi Neft LLP to acquire the status of a major participant of Insurance Company TransOil Joint Stock Company.
By decree No. 19 Safin Murat was issued a consent to acquisition of the status of a major (indirect) participant of Insurance Company TransOil JSC.
Availability of the status of a major and major (indirect) participant provides for an obligation to take measures to improve financial condition of the insurance organization in case of its deterioration, including to increase its equity capital in line with recommendations sufficient to ensure financial stability.
Among 15 insurance organizations operating in the General Insurance sector, TransOil Insurance Company JSC ranks the 15th in terms of assets, with a share of 0.5% of the total assets in the sector.
