In 2023, within the framework of the Unified Industrialization Map, it is planned to implement 8 projects worth 26.8 billion tenge, with the creation of 568 new jobs, of which were implemented
2 projects: in the Bulandinsky district, the 3rd stage of the Makinsk poultry farm for 25.7 billion tenge, 455 new jobs were created; in Kosshy, a plant for the production of concrete and concrete products LLP “Kumtas Akk” for 300 million tenge, 20 new jobs were created.
10.2 billion tenge were allocated for the implementation of the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025 in 2023 (as of 10/01/2023), incl. for subsidies - 7.9 billion tenge, guaranteeing loans - 879.3 million tenge, grant financing - 189 million tenge, provision of production infrastructure - 1.2 billion tenge.
The volume of construction work increased to 172.3 billion tenge or 103.8% compared to 2022. 481.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned (an increase of 2.2%).

The state budget received 479.3 billion tenge in taxes and other obligatory payments, or 96.1% of the forecast, including

Coverage of children with preschool education aged 2 to 6 years is 87%.
In the field of education, the construction of 5 schools was completed in the villages: Zhibek Zholy of Arshalynsky (for 300 places), Otemis of Tselinograd district (for 120 places), the cities of Kosshy (for 1,200 places) and Kokshetau (for 392 places), extensions to a school in .Akkol, Akkol district.

As part of the pilot national project “Comfortable School”, it is planned to begin the construction of 9 schools:
in the Tselinograd region there are 7 projects (in the villages: Karazhar, Karaotkel, Kabanbay Batyr, Koyandy, Akmol - 1 project each and the village of Talapker - 2 schools), the city of Kokshetau - 2 projects.
In the healthcare sector, it is planned to complete the construction of medical posts (FAP) in the villages of Sochinskoye and Novoselskoye, Atbasarsky district, a primary health care center in the village of Koyandy, Tselinograd district, construction of a district hospital combined with a clinic is underway in Stepnyak, Birzhan Sal district.
In 2023, 25.7 billion tenge were allocated for the development of water supply and sanitation systems.
