A mausoleum in honor of the memory of Nauan Khazret is being built in Kokshetau

Municipal State Institution Center for the Protection and Use of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Akmola Region provides state protection of historical and cultural monuments, coordination of work on registration, protection, conservation, restoration, promotion and use of monuments. Also, annually, the Center monitors the technical condition of cultural heritage objects in the region, where monuments with different degrees of destruction are identified, as a result of which measures are taken to eliminate the existing shortcomings.

In 2017, 10 objects of the Akmola region were included in the list of "100 sacred places of Kazakhstan". The burial place of Nauan Khazret, along with such objects as the archaeological and ethnographic complex "Kumai", the burial place of Olzhabay batyr, Abylai Khan's glade, Kenesary cave, Mount Okzhetpes, the Bespakyr mausoleum, the Bytygai mausoleum, the mausoleum-necropolis Baubek batyr also entered this list of sacred objects of national importance.

On the territory of the city of Kokshetau, near the old Muslim cemetery, a mausoleum is being built in honor of the memory of the famous religious and public figure Nauan Khazret. Improvement of the territory of this object is also planned.

The mausoleum of the famous religious figure Nauryzbay Talasuly will join the list of objects of historical and cultural heritage of Akmola region.
