Festival of organizations and workers of culture and art "Rukhani Kazyna - 2021" was held in Kokshetau. The grand opening of the Festival of organizations and workers of culture and art "Rukhani Kazyna - 2021" took place in the city of Kokshetau.

Opening the event of the year in the cultural life of the country, the minister called the "Rukhani Kazyna" Festival a holiday of art and culture.
She noted that the competition, which started in each region, passed in several stages and approached the summing up.

Its main goal is not only to identify the best employees of this event, but also to give them the opportunity to establish warm contacts for cooperation, exchange of experience and reaching a new level. As Aktoty Raimkulova noted, the programmatic article of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev "Rukhani Zhagyru" gave a new impetus to the development of the country's cultural sphere.

One of the traditional projects implemented by the Ministry under this program is the Republican festival of workers and organizations of culture and art "Rukhani Kazyna". This festival has been held regularly since 2018. It is a competition among employees of state museums, libraries, cultural and leisure complexes and cultural organizations of regional, district (city), rural significance. In 2018-2020, 573 applications from 17 regions of the country were received to participate in the competition, 83 organizations and cultural workers were recognized as the "best" (in 2018 - 14, in 2019 - 18, in 2020 - 51).

Since 2020, the Republican festival "Rukhani Kazyna" has been held in an online format (for the jury - offline, for participants - online).
This year, the participants of the festival were highly motivated to achieve high personal results.

The festival received 313 applications from 15 regions of the country. Including:
from state museums-64;
cultural and leisure organizations-80;
from state libraries - 169 applications.

Last year, the Ministry amended the rules of the festival, and the contestants were given the opportunity to make an online presentation of their work without leaving their region of residence.

This year the Ministry continued this tradition. Within the framework of the "Year of Support for Children and Youth Reading" announced by the Ministry, priority is given to library activities and special nominations have been assigned.

As a result, representatives of Russian children's literature, librarians and the best museums of literature and art were awarded “special prizes”, nominations named after Mukagali Makatayev, Zhambyl Zhabayev, Alikhan Bukeikhanov, Ibrai Altynsarin, Uzbekali Zhanibekov. By the decision of the Organizing Committee of the Republican Festival "Rukhani Kazyna 2021", which is held by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the first time the city of Kokshetau was declared the "Cultural Capital of Kazakhstan 2021".

At the final celebration on the occasion of the closing of the Festival, Aktoty Raimkulova warmly congratulated the residents of the region on the official recognition of the city of Kokshetau as the cultural capital of the country and presented Malgazhdar Tatkeyev with the statuette "Kazakhstani madeni astanasy - 2021". "It was decided that for the first time in the history of the festival, a number of events will be held on an off-site basis in Kokshetau, and today we are witnessing a wonderful cultural event. By the decision of the organizing committee of the festival, Kokshetau was designated the" cultural capital of Kazakhstan in 2021, "the minister said.

Then Aktoty Raimkulova presented the departmental awards of the MKS RK (badge "Madeniet salasyk uzdigi", Certificates of honor of the Minister of the RK, Letters of thanks) to the 10 best cultural workers. The participants of the festival were warmly congratulated on the holding of an unforgettable event by acting Akim of Akmola region M. Tatkeev. The film “Kokshetau - Sal-Serіler Mekeni” was presented to the audience, a festive concert was given with the participation of the best artists of the Akmola region, the minister met with the creative intelligentsia of the Akmola region.
