In line with the President’s directives, the Anti-Corruption Agency continues to expand international cooperation and adopt best practices in the prevention of corruption.

«The Anti-Corruption Agency of Kazakhstan highly values IAACA’s efforts in promoting high anti-corruption standards and consolidating international efforts in combating corruption," highlighted A. Zhumagali.

Alongside Kazakhstan, the Executive Committee includes leaders of major anti-corruption authorities, including Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption, as well as the Anti-Corruption Commissions of Malaysia and Singapore. In May 2024, Kazakhstan’s Anti-Corruption Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hong Kong’s ICAC, enabling investigators from both countries to hold regular meetings, joint training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

IAACA President D. Woo expressed confidence that Kazakhstan’s initiatives will make a significant contribution to promoting anti-corruption efforts in Central Asia.
