Currently, the Agency has posted two draft laws on the Open Regulatory Legal Acts web-portal for public discussion, these are:

What will be the results?

  1. Introduction of a public register of corrupt officials.
  2. Regulation of conflicts of interest in the civil service and in the quasi-public sector.
  3. Introduction of criminal liability for the promise/offer of a bribe.
  4. Strengthening the responsibility of legal entities for committing corruption offenses.
  5. Improvement of effort on detection of crimes related to extortion of illegal remuneration.
  6. Improvement of legal mechanisms of responsibility for failure to take measures to combat corruption.
