Draft laws for public discussion!
Currently, the Agency has posted two draft laws on the Open Regulatory Legal Acts web-portal for public discussion, these are:

What will be the results?
- Introduction of a public register of corrupt officials.
- Regulation of conflicts of interest in the civil service and in the quasi-public sector.
- Introduction of criminal liability for the promise/offer of a bribe.
- Strengthening the responsibility of legal entities for committing corruption offenses.
- Improvement of effort on detection of crimes related to extortion of illegal remuneration.
- Improvement of legal mechanisms of responsibility for failure to take measures to combat corruption.
