The single Call-center was launched for residents of Almaty to provide information on the republican referendum, scheduled for June 5, 2022, on the issue of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The call centre was created to inform the population and involve city residents in the voting process by providing advice on referendum issues.

By contacting the unified call centre by phone: +7(727) 3384545, you can check yourself in the list of citizens eligible to participate in the republican referendum, as well as clarify the number and address of your polling station.

During the call, the Call Center operators will be able to explain all the legislative norms regarding the opportunities for citizens, the voting procedure and the operation of polling stations on the day of the referendum.

The call centre receives calls daily without breaks and at weekends from 8.00 to 20.00 until the end of the voting day.

The functionality for obtaining information about the polling station is available on the open-Almaty.kz website, as well as through the Telegram bot @ReferendumAlmaty2022Bot. To find yourself in the lists and receive information, you must enter the IIN number.
