The Academy of Political Management of the AMANAT party announces the selection of applicants for training in the program for women leaders.

The training is aimed at developing skills, knowledge and competencies that will help them to be appointed or elected to leadership positions at different levels.

30 participants from all regions of Kazakhstan will be selected to undergo an intensive 5-day training program in Astana, which will include modules on leadership, public speaking, gender issues in politics, politics and transformation of Kazakhstan, public speaking, work in social networks and other topics.

The program includes meetings with prominent political figures of Kazakhstan and Germany.

Based on the results of the training, participants will develop and implement political projects aimed at improving the socio-economic situation in their regions.

All participants will be covered by the costs of transportation and accommodation in Astana.

Persons with experience in leadership, organizational work or experience in the implementation of socio-economic and political projects, possessing high professional business qualities, leadership potential, public opinion leaders, NGO leaders, public activists, youth leaders, chairmen, deputy chairmen and active members of primary party organizations, deputies of maslikhats of all levels can participate, persons enrolled in the party personnel reserve of the AMANAT party, employees of the AMANAT party.

General information

The Academy of Political Management of the AMANAT party announces the selection of applicants for training in the program for women leaders.

The training is aimed at developing skills, knowledge and competencies that will help them to be appointed or elected to leadership positions at different levels.

The selected 30 participants from all regions of Kazakhstan will gather in Astana to undergo an intensive training program, which will include modules on leadership, public speaking, gender issues in politics, politics and transformation of Kazakhstan, public speaking, work in social networks and other topics.

The training will be conducted by professional trainers and facilitators from the Academy's database. The program will consist of trainings, master classes, meetings and guest lectures with prominent political figures - ministers, members of Parliament, the Presidential Administration, leading women politicians.

The training format will be interactive, with a lot of practice, facilitation and group work. During the training, each participant will work on a specific political project aimed at the socio-economic development of a certain territory. Projects can be individual or group. Participants will develop projects during the training, and then implement them.

Persons are accepted for training under the program "Women's Leadership":

1) female;

2) having a total work experience of at least two years;

The age and length of service in the relevant positions of applicants entering the Academy are calculated
as of the time of the announcement of the competition.
