From January 7, 2020, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Housing and Communal Services" came into force.
Within the framework of the adopted Law, only two forms of management are provided:
1.Association of property owners (AOI) is a legal entity that is a non-profit organization formed by the owners of apartments, non-residential premises of one Moscow Railway, which manages the condominium object, finances its maintenance and ensures its safety, which will operate on the principle of “one house - one AOI - one check".
2. Simple partnership (PT) - without the formation of a legal entity, which will work on the principle of "one house - one PT - one account."
In Moscow Railways, located on a single foundation or having common building engineering systems, the owners of apartments, non-residential premises have the right to create one OSI or PT with the consent of more than 2/3 of the owners of apartments, non-residential premises of each apartment building.
KSP (K), PKSP (K), PK can operate until July 1, 2022.
After the expiration of the validity period of the KSP (K), PKSP (K), PCs must, according to the act, transfer all available technical, financial and other documents to the Council of the Ministry of Railways and carry out liquidation in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
