State Corporation Expands Ready Document Delivery Service from Public Service Centers
The State Corporation Government for Citizens is expanding the list of public services for which applicants can request delivery of ready documents from Public Service Centers (PSCs). Within the next month, the service will also cover real estate registration, registration and liquidation of legal entities, as well as selected education-related services. This will allow applicants to receive their completed documents without having to revisit a Public Service Center.
Currently, ready document delivery is available for 15 public services. These include the issuance of archival certificates, birth registration and divorce registration, restoration of civil status records and reissuance of civil status certificates, issuance of duplicate education documents, and apostille certification of official documents.
Applicants can request document delivery at the time they apply for the respective public service. The service is fee-based. The delivery fee is 2,061 KZT in the cities of Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, and 1,036 KZT in all other regions of Kazakhstan.
Once the document is ready, the applicant receives an SMS from 1414 containing a unique verification code. For security purposes, this code must be provided directly to the courier at the time of delivery. The code confirms that the document has been handed over personally to the applicant. Applicants are also required to present a valid identification document upon receipt.
The development of digital services remains one of the State Corporation’s key priorities. Government for Citizens continues to introduce solutions that make public services more convenient, accessible, and responsive to the needs of citizens.
