Flooding is the flooding of a river due to rising water in a river, melting snow, strong wind, or flooding in some settlements during mudflows.

Get acquainted with the notification signals, measures and rules for creating an evacuation, and be prepared for it in advance.
Actions in the event of a flood hazard:
Listen carefully to emergency and action instructions and information, do not use the phone line without the need, the line must be free when communicating with you.
Keep calm, warn neighbors, provide assistance to disabled people, children and the elderly.
Determine the place of collection of residents for evacuation from the places of local authorities and prepare for it.
Prepare your documents, clothing, essentials, food and medicines for a few days. Collect everything in one suitcase. Store documents in waterproof bags.
Disconnect the electrical currents from the current source and turn off the gas.
Place your valuables and food items on the top floors or in a high compartment.
Leave the flooded area if you can.
Close the door, and if you have time, try to block the windows on the first floor with boards.
Go up to the top floor. If there is a single-row house, stay under the roof.
Stay upstairs, on the roof of the house or at the top of a tree until help arrives, signal the rescuers, make sure they find you as soon as possible.
Make sure there are no sufferers around, and if so, try to lend a helping hand as much as you can.
Stay on the upper floors, hills, trees or other higher ground until help arrives, if possible, call on your mobile phone, signal the rescuers to find you as soon as possible.
