First, one of the parents must log in to the e-government portal. Go to the "Citizens" section, then the "Education" section, then the "Secondary Education" section. After that, select the service “Admission of documents and enrollment in educational institutions” and order the service online.
After filling in the fields, you must sign it with an electronic digital signature or a one-time password. The result of the service can be found in your account within 5 business days.

2. Birth certificate of a child
3. Photo 3x4, in the amount of 2 pieces;
4. Medical certificates of the form No. 063 / у and No. 026 / у-3;
